agent skillsJune 2026 – present
A set of agent skills that carries a new service from a one-line idea all the way to code. We moved the way we actually plan into skills and put it out as open source.
· surface an idea through conversation and set it down as a document · step by step through benchmarks of similar services, user flows, and brand voice · merge the accumulated documents into a single PRD
· set a roadmap and milestone plans, then implement task by task · a mockup track that builds screen-level mockups before the real implementation · installable on both Claude Code and Codex
Planning work has a shape. Refining an idea, looking up similar services, drawing how people move through the screens, setting the tone, binding it all into documents: it repeats from project to project. We wanted to hand that repeating shape to an agent and keep the thinking and the judgment for ourselves. So we moved the order we actually follow into skills. A skill doesn't hand down answers; at each step it asks questions, and as the answers pile up they become a document. Each document feeds the next step, so a one-line idea carries through a PRD into working code.
Put together as follows. · composition: one marketplace, two plugins, with six planning (vibe ux) and eight build (vibe build) skills · documents that accumulate: each step's output lands as a file in docs/, and earlier documents become the input for later steps · conversational by design: steps that need taste, like brainstorming and brand voice, draw out the user's answers through questions · two-track building: instead of jumping into features, a mockup track finishes screen mockups first · an improvement loop: we use it on our own projects and keep reinforcing the weak steps
